Renata Recovery Operating System

Individual Mode - Synthetic Experience Non-Authorization Summary

This protected-preview summary confirms that Phase 12.0-12.8 implemented only synthetic presentation architecture and review aids. It creates no review record, approval, readiness state, gate passage, implementation authorization, launch authorization, private-data capability, or Individual Mode runtime.

Phase 12.0-12.8 packet static and non-interactive Public Packet Mode remains the only current live-static mode. No approval, launch authorization, or Individual Mode runtime exists.

What Phase 12 Implemented

What Phase 12 Does Not Authorize

  • user accounts, login, signup, identity capture, or consent capture
  • private recovery records or reflection, check-in, intention, or affirmation storage
  • resource history, bookmarks, memory, or continuity
  • AI, chat, recovery coach, prompt, model, embedding, or retrieval runtime
  • crisis detection, hotline lookup, geolocation, triage, dispatch, or emergency routing
  • support tickets, messaging, account operations, or staff access
  • Organization Mode visibility or any cross-mode bridge
  • billing, subscriptions, customer portals, CRM, or commercial profiling
  • analytics, scoring, ranking, attendance, participation, compliance, or surveillance
  • protected live routes, protected APIs, API handlers, database reads or writes, D1, runtime tables, storage adapters, or migrations
  • launch, launch authorization, implementation, or runtime activation

Controlling Hierarchy

Phase 11 remains controlling for safety, privacy, consent, crisis, AI, memory, launch gates, non-authorization, and handoff boundaries.

Phase 11
Remains controlling for all substantive safety and authorization boundaries.
Phase 11.13
Controls launch-gate criteria.
Phase 11.14
Controls Individual Mode non-authorization.
Phase 11.17
Controls the frozen Phase 11 handoff.
Phases 12.0-12.6
Control only their synthetic presentation surfaces.
Phase 12.7
Controls only the canonical synthetic walkthrough.
Phase 12.8
Controls only the static review-question matrix.
Phase 12.9
Controls only this Phase 12 non-authorization summary.
Boundary rule
No Phase 12 artifact supersedes Phase 11 or creates authority outside its presentation domain.

Automated Review Is Not Authorization

  1. CI validates code.
  2. Cloudflare deploys the exact commit.
  3. The deployment marker and public-page coherence must match.
  4. Cloudflare Access authenticates protected review routes.
  5. Playwright generates deployed Letter PDFs.
  6. Page ceilings, required markers, forbidden controls, and final-page content are checked.
  7. A manifest and summary are uploaded.
  8. Human visual review remains required.
  • Automation verifies deployed presentation artifacts only.
  • An automated pass does not equal product approval.
  • Human visual review does not equal legal, privacy, security, clinical, launch, or implementation approval.
  • No automated result closes a Phase 11 gate.

Evidence and Approval Exclusions

  • no evidence repository or evidence upload through this page
  • no reviewer response, finding, issue, task, or decision record
  • no signoff, readiness state, approval state, or gate state
  • no launch or implementation record
  • no certificate or compliance claim

Cross-Mode and Anti-Surveillance Non-Authorization

  • No Individual Mode private data exists, and Organization Mode cannot inspect Individual Mode private content.
  • No staff dashboard, review queue, tenant view, support-admin view, or cross-mode bridge exists.
  • No attendance, participation, analytics, scoring, ranking, discipline, compliance, relapse prediction, resident-performance, surveillance, or patient-monitoring capability exists.
  • No therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis service, sponsor replacement, clinician replacement, medication advice, legal advice, case management, or outcome guarantee exists.

Current Implementation State

Accounts and identity

  • no account, login, signup, profile, role or permission runtime, session, token, JWT, or identity capture

Private data and consent

  • no consent event or private record
  • no check-in, reflection, intention, affirmation, journal, support-contact, bookmark, history, privacy preference, memory, continuity, crisis, or support record
  • no Organization Mode visibility

Runtime

  • no live Individual Mode navigation, personalized dashboard, recovery coach, chat, AI, OpenAI processing, prompt endpoint, or model invocation
  • no memory, embedding, retrieval, resource feed, search, recommendation, support ticket, chat, inbox, account operations, crisis detection, hotline lookup, emergency routing, analytics, scoring, ranking, or compliance

Technical

  • no src/pages/protected or src/pages/api/protected
  • no Individual Mode database reads/writes, D1 query, runtime table, storage adapter, API handler, or client-side persistence
  • no new migration; active migrations remain only migrations/0001_packet_history.sql

Reopening Rule

  • Any future capability work must begin in a separately named, scoped, and reviewed phase.
  • The phase must identify its capability, controlling Phase 11 artifacts, data categories, consent, retention, deletion, export, cross-mode rule, safety gates, rollback rule, tests, evidence, and authorization status.
  • A future phase may not reinterpret synthetic presentation completion as approval or silently weaken this non-authorization summary.
  • Until a separately reviewed phase explicitly changes status, Individual Mode remains no-go.

Current-state reference: Phase 12.10 - Individual Mode Synthetic Experience Current-State Index, Read Only. implemented-static-no-go. It stores no status and is not automatically approved.

Static closure reference: Phase 12.11 - Individual Mode Synthetic Experience Static Closure Note. It closes only the presentation packet and creates no closure record or runtime authority.

Stop Conditions

  • Stop if asked to capture a review or decision, mark a gate passed or closed, or approve readiness, launch, or implementation.
  • Stop if asked to add reviewers, responses, comments, findings, evidence, issues, tasks, or signoffs.
  • Stop if asked to add accounts, private data, AI, memory, support, crisis, billing, APIs, storage, database behavior, or migrations.
  • Stop if asked to add forms, controls, uploads, downloads, exports, scoring, or workflow actions.
  • Stop if asked to expose Individual Mode content to Organization Mode or add analytics, surveillance, compliance, or clinical claims.
  • Stop if asked to convert this page into a live approval or readiness dashboard.

No Approval or Runtime Authorization

Phase 12.9 synthetic experience non-authorization summary implemented - Phase 12 presentation and review artifacts are complete to this point, but no approval, readiness, gate passage, launch authorization, implementation authorization, or Individual Mode runtime is created
