Renata Recovery Operating System

Individual Mode - Reflection

This protected-preview Reflection surface is a synthetic visual prototype only. It captures no responses, creates no journal or private recovery record, uses no AI or memory, and does not authorize Individual Mode launch or implementation.

synthetic-only non-interactive morning/evening reflection prototype Public Packet Mode remains the only current live-static mode. No reflection is captured. No account, AI, memory, or Individual Mode runtime exists.

Morning Reflection Preview

01

Arrive

What would help me enter the day without immediately performing for it?

02

Notice

What is present in me this morning without needing to fix or explain it?

03

Choose

What is one intention that would make today more honest?

04

Appreciate

What ordinary support is already available to me?

05

Affirm

I can move carefully without disappearing from my own life.

Evening Reflection Preview

01

Review

Where did I stay close to my values today?

02

Account

Where did I avoid, rush, harden, or reach for relief?

03

Release

What does not need to be solved tonight?

04

Recognize

What small action deserves honest credit?

05

Close

I can end the day without turning it into a verdict.

Reflection Principles

User-led

Future reflection begins only when the user chooses; no prompts are pushed automatically.

Private by default

Future private content would remain user-controlled and hidden from Organization Mode; no staff or tenant visibility exists.

Non-clinical

Reflection is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, case management, or crisis care.

No hidden memory

Future continuity would require explicit user control; no memory, embedding, retrieval, or inferred profile exists.

No performance layer

No streaks, scores, rankings, completion metrics, adherence measures, or compliance use exists.

No forced meaning

The system does not infer motives, trauma, readiness, relapse risk, or recovery status.

Static Future Interaction Contract

  1. The user explicitly starts reflection.
  2. The user chooses whether to answer.
  3. The user may skip any prompt.
  4. The user may edit before any future save.
  5. The user may choose whether continuity is enabled.
  6. The user may view and delete future stored content.
  7. The user may keep content invisible to Organization Mode.
  8. The user may leave without completing anything.

What This Surface Proves

  • Morning and evening reflection can be presented without surveillance.
  • Accountability can be separated from scoring and compliance.
  • Warmth can be expressed without therapeutic overclaiming.
  • Privacy and user control can be visible in the experience.
  • Future interaction can be decomposed into explicit gates.

What It Does Not Prove

  • no therapeutic-effectiveness claim
  • no mental-health-benefit claim
  • no relapse-prevention claim
  • no adherence or engagement claim
  • no clinical validation
  • no safety validation
  • no usability validation
  • no customer validation
  • no launch or implementation readiness

What Remains Absent

Accounts and identity

  • no login, signup, account, or profile
  • no role or permission runtime
  • no session, token, or JWT
  • no identity capture

Reflection data

  • no response, journal entry, morning/evening check-in record, mood, gratitude record, intention record, or affirmation record
  • no values/routine, craving/trigger, relapse-plan, or support-contact data
  • no progress history, completion state, or staff report

Runtime

  • no reflection/check-in runtime, recovery coach, chat, AI, OpenAI processing, prompt endpoint, streaming, or model invocation
  • no memory, embedding, retrieval, sentiment analysis, motive inference, or relapse prediction
  • no crisis detection, hotline lookup, emergency routing, triage, dispatch, or risk scoring

Staff and cross-mode

  • no staff dashboard, review queue, Organization Mode visibility, or cross-mode bridge
  • no attendance, participation, analytics, scoring, ranking, compliance, surveillance, or patient monitoring

Commercial and support

  • no billing, subscription, customer portal, or CRM
  • no support ticket, inbox, account operations, or incident workflow

Technical

  • no src/pages/protected or src/pages/api/protected
  • no Individual Mode database reads/writes, D1 query, runtime table, storage adapter, or API handler
  • no client-side persistence
  • no new migration; active migrations remain only migrations/0001_packet_history.sql

Relationship to Phase 12.0, Phase 12.1, and Phase 11

  • Phase 12.2 does not supersede Phase 11.
  • Phase 12.2 does not activate Phase 12.0 or Phase 12.1.
  • No Phase 11 gate is passed or closed.
  • No Individual Mode capability is launched.
  • The Reflection surface is presentation-only.

Privacy and Visibility Boundary

No response or private Individual Mode data exists. Organization Mode and staff cannot inspect reflection content. No review queue, cross-mode bridge, inferred profile, analytics, scoring, compliance use, surveillance, or patient monitoring exists.

Stop Conditions

  • Stop if asked to add textareas, response fields, reflection saving, journals, histories, mood tracking, or progress/completion tracking.
  • Stop if asked to add reminders, notifications, accounts, profiles, or staff visibility.
  • Stop if asked to add AI/chat interpretation, memory, retrieval, sentiment analysis, or inferred emotions, motives, trauma, relapse risk, or readiness.
  • Stop if asked to add crisis detection, hotline lookup, emergency routing, billing, or support runtime.
  • Stop if asked to add APIs, protected live routes, database behavior, or migrations.
  • Stop if asked to add analytics, scoring, ranking, attendance, participation, compliance, or surveillance.
  • Stop if asked to add clinical advice, outcome claims, or a live reflection tool.

Final Product Posture

Phase 12.2 synthetic Reflection surface implemented - no reflection capture, memory, AI, private-data storage, or Individual Mode runtime is authorized

Status: synthetic-only-no-go. No next runtime phase is authorized automatically.

Next synthetic reference: Phase 12.3 - Individual Mode Intentions Surface. It is presentation-only and captures no intentions or affirmations.

Related synthetic reference: Phase 12.4 - Individual Mode Recovery Resources Surface. It is presentation-only and provides no live resource feed or recommendation.

Static review reference: Phase 12.8 - Individual Mode Synthetic Experience Review Matrix. It captures no review response, evidence, decision, approval, or readiness state.

Non-authorization reference: Phase 12.9 - Individual Mode Synthetic Experience Non-Authorization Summary. It creates no approval, gate passage, launch, implementation, or runtime authority.

Current-state reference: Phase 12.10 - Individual Mode Synthetic Experience Current-State Index. It stores no status and controls no route or runtime.

Static closure reference: Phase 12.11 - Individual Mode Synthetic Experience Static Closure Note. It closes only the presentation packet and creates no closure record or runtime authority.
