Renata Individual Mode static closure note

Renata Individual Mode Static Closure Note, Planning Only

Protected-preview planning artifact confirming the Phase 11 Individual Mode planning packet is closed only as planning documentation. It does not authorize launch, implementation, runtime activation, records, protected APIs, storage, migrations, or live workflows.

Purpose and Closure Status

Create a concise closure note for the Phase 11 Individual Mode planning stack. Closure means the documentation sequence has reached a stable stopping point; it does not approve launch, pass gates, close gates, accept evidence, authorize implementation, activate runtime, or create records.

Closure means closed only as planning: the planned Phase 11 documentation sequence has reached a stable stopping point. It does not mean product launch, launch approval, readiness approval, gate passage, gate closure, evidence acceptance, implementation authorization, runtime activation, product clearance, legal/privacy/security/clinical approval, commercial approval, account activation, support activation, AI approval, crisis-handling approval, storage approval, database approval, or migration approval.

What the Closed Planning Packet Contains

Controlling Closure References

Current Live Versus Closed Planning

  • Public Packet Mode remains the only live-static mode.
  • Individual Mode remains inactive and future-planning-only.
  • Organization Mode remains inactive and future-planning-only.
  • Planning documentation can be complete while implementation remains blocked.
  • A protected-preview route existing does not imply feature readiness.
  • A static closure note existing does not imply launch approval, gate passage, gate closure, evidence acceptance, readiness approval, implementation authorization, or runtime activation.

Closure Consequences

  • No Phase 11 runtime work may be inferred from documentation completion.
  • Future Individual Mode work must begin in a separately named, scoped, and reviewed phase.
  • Any future implementation phase must reopen the relevant legal, privacy, safety, security, consent, account, support, commercial, AI, crisis, memory, technical, and launch gates.
  • Future work must not silently reinterpret planning labels as approved requirements.
  • Future work must preserve cross-mode separation and non-clinical boundaries unless separately reviewed.
  • This closure note does not freeze public-packet reliability work or unrelated Organization Mode planning; it closes only this Individual Mode Phase 11 planning packet.

Current Implementation State

Cross-Mode and Anti-Surveillance Closure

  • Individual Mode private data is hidden from Organization Mode by default.
  • No staff dashboard, tenant admin, organization owner, support admin, review queue, analytics surface, or cross-mode bridge can inspect direct-subscriber private data.
  • No attendance tracking, participation tracking, analytics, scoring, ranking, compliance, resident performance metrics, relapse prediction, surveillance, or patient monitoring exists.
  • No therapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency/crisis-service, sponsor-replacement, clinician-replacement, medication-advice, legal-advice, case-management, or clinical outcome guarantee exists.

Evidence and Approval Exclusions

Future evidence requirements remain outside-app only.

Reopening Rule

  • Any future Individual Mode capability work must start in a new reviewed phase.
  • The new phase must name the capability, controlling boundary artifacts, required evidence, explicit exclusions, safety gates, data categories, consent model, retention/deletion/export model, cross-mode rule, rollback rule, testing plan, and authorization status.
  • Until then, status remains no-go.

Stop Conditions

  • Stop if someone treats documentation completion as launch approval.
  • Stop if someone asks to mark a gate passed or closed.
  • Stop if someone asks to create a closure, readiness, evidence, signoff, approval, or implementation record.
  • Stop if someone asks to authorize launch or implementation.
  • Stop if someone asks to activate accounts, storage, support, billing, AI/chat, memory, crisis handling, protected APIs, protected live routes, database behavior, or migrations.
  • Stop if someone asks to add forms, inputs, buttons, toggles, uploads, downloads, exports, generated PDFs, generated ZIPs, or action controls.
  • Stop if someone asks to expose Individual Mode private data to Organization Mode.
  • Stop if someone asks to add analytics, scoring, ranking, attendance, participation, compliance, surveillance, or clinical claims.
